土耳其橄榄:
黑橄榄:众所周知,橄榄油是油橄榄经冷榨获得的果肉汁。橄榄油的营养价值自不必多说,诸如预防心脑血管疾病,改善消化系统功能,防癌,防辐射及抗氧化作用等等。那么作为原料的黑橄榄营养也十分丰富。目前市面上的橄榄多是经过深加工处理过的橄榄果,已失去了橄榄里所含的大部分油份,形状规则,体态圆润。土耳其的黑橄榄完全不是这个样子,表皮有些褶皱,外表不太光鲜,但是却油汪汪的。不错!正是因为土耳其黑橄榄没有经过精雕细琢的加工,才使得黑橄榄里保存了厚厚的橄榄油的味道。在土耳其买橄榄果一定要看好产地,产自土耳其Gemlik地区的黑橄榄因其个头饱满,含油量丰富而成为土耳其最好的黑橄榄。每天搭配早餐食用几颗,营养美味又健康。点缀在沙拉和pizza上也同样美味!我们的黑橄榄分为原味和低盐型,低盐型的橄榄更加适合中国人的口味!
绿橄榄:除了黑橄榄,用于解读生津,清肺利咽的绿橄榄也是不可或缺的餐桌上的配餐。我们的绿橄榄同样出身名门,产自土耳其的Cizek地区。绿橄榄入口酸酸的,余味清爽。
