The 4191A RF Impedance Analyzer measure 14 parameters with a maximum resolution of 4.5 digits.  The internal synthesizer provides variable frequencies from 1 MHz through 1000 MHz covering the UHF, VHF, and video bands with automatic sweep capability.  An internal dc bias supply with auto sweep function covers the voltage range of ± 40 V in 10 mV steps.该4191A射频阻抗分析仪测量14个参数，以最高分辨率为4.5位。内部合成器提供可变频率从1兆赫到1000兆赫覆盖超高频，甚高频和视频带自动扫描功能。内部直流偏置电源，自动扫描功能包括电压范围为± 40 V的10 mV的步长。
