水温机相对于油温控制系统而言，使用水作为媒体有其优势：热传导效率高、污染少、水资源容易取得，但其控温范围小，最高只有98℃。我公司研制的超沸点水温机，控温范围已达180℃，新近更推出控温精度达到±0.1℃的机型(适用镭射碟片生产),使水温机的运用有了更广阔的空间。
超高温水温机(超高温180度)特点
1、电脑触摸式控制，分离式电气控制，操作简单易懂。（选购）
2、水温机的温度控制表是采用日本OMRON、RKC微电脑双组P.I.D控制，触措式内储自动演算，精确可靠，省电35%以上。
3、安全保护及故障指示系统完善。
4、水温机采用进口高级组件，日本FUJI、OMROU、法国Schneider、德国SIEMENS、台湾ANLY等。
5、吸出模具回油、全负压运转等功能。（选购）
6、不锈钢一体成型，管捐小，加熟均匀。
7、超高温水温级具有开机自动排气功能。
