针焰试验是 IEC60695 -11-5、GB/T5169.5-2008、GB4706.1-2005 的等标准规定使用小火焰起燃源程序仿真试验项目。
BND-ZY针焰试验仪是用规定尺寸 (Φ0.9mm ) 的针状燃烧器，通以特定燃气 ( 丁烷 ) ，以 45° 角定时定向施燃试品，视试品是否引燃及持燃时间和燃烧长度来评定设备内部因故障条件造成的小火焰的着火危险性。
BND-ZY针焰试验仪是模拟产品内部在故障条件下所产生的小火焰，用模拟技术评定着火危险性。对于小元件 (或元件)灼热丝试验或水平－垂直燃烧试验办法不适合时，可引用针焰试验办法。如果试验样品在进行灼热丝试验时起燃，则所产生的燃烧危险情况还需用针焰试验。针焰试验仪适用于对电工电子产品、家用电器的部件、元件和元件等，如：接线板、离心开关、电饭锅插座等。
