镀镍液的重金属污染主要是Cu2+,Fe2+,Zn2+,当Cu2+达到100~500ppm时,导致镀层低电流区发黑,严重时镀层无光亮,Fe和Zn的污染主要来源于主盐和阳极.当Fe2+达300~500ppm时,镀层发脆,产生针孔.当Zn2+达200ppm时,镀层低电流区出现条纹.
JHD高纯度硫酸镍,采用的生产工艺能有效的除去影响镀浴性能的金属离子以及有机杂质.由于它的高品质,可适用于装饰性电镀和电子电镀以及化学镀镍,且无需经过任何处理就能直接使用.与其他固体产品相比,主要有下面的优点:

Application:

Owing to the unique physical properties of metallic nickel, the nickel coating is widely ues either as a protective/decorative coating (hardware,door handle,etc) or as a functional coating (diffusion-resistant interlayer for noble metal plating). It has become the most important coating in the surface treatment industry.
Product Introduction:
The main heavy metal pollutants of the nickel plating solution are Cu2+,Fe2+and Zn2+. When Cu2+reaches 100~500ppm, the low-current area of the coating blackens and the coating might lack lustre. Fe and Zn are contaminants produced from the main salt and the anode. When Fe2+reaches 300~500ppm the coating will become brittle and produce pinholes; when Zn2+reaches 200ppm, streaks will appear in the low-current area of the coating.
