【用途与特点】
1、用途：
该砌块成型机适合用于固定生产各种不同规格的标砖、空心砌块、多孔砖等混凝土制品。
2、特点：
本砌块成型机为机械、液压、计算机自动控制/电控综合技术型设备，以效率高、设计合理、结构紧凑、操作简单、维护保养方便为特点。砌块成型以液压为主，机械为辅，振动加压完成。所生产的砌块制品抗压强度可达15Mpa（兆帕）以上，密实度高，抗冻、抗渗性能好，隔音、隔热、保温性能优良，外形尺寸精确。
●本机设计制造符合国家相关标准
整机符合GB/T 8533-1998 小型砌块成型机专业推荐标准之要求
●产出制品一致性好
采用机电液一体化结合的技术，使设备运转的重复循环过程一致，因而产品稳定性高，废品率低。
●电子控制智能化（或电控自动.半自动）
自动过程选用国外先进的PLC（可编程控制器）智能控制，配备制品工艺数据输入、存储触摸屏，有理想、柔性的人机对话界面。自动控制系统包括先进的安全逻辑以控制动作互锁，并可带有远程调控系统。（或简单的电控制）
●液压系统可靠
优选技术完善、制作精良的液压件配套合理的液压系统设计，采用独立的集成式液压站，避开主机振动、粉尘等对液压系统的影响，从而保证液压系统工作的可靠性。
●原材料适应性好
先进的分布振动成型技术，可因地制宜地利用多种废灰废渣，合理降低水泥用量，生产出各种高质量的承重或非承重砌块制品。
