扁钢介绍
牌号有201，202，303， 304， 304L， 316，316L， 321，430， 431，410， 416，420等
执行标准 ASTM A484，A246，A582，GB704，GB5215
定尺长度或倍尺长度的扁钢，其长度允许偏差应符合：
长度≤4m……………………0～+30mm
长度>4m～6m………………0～+50mm
长度>6m……………………0～+70mm
扁钢的弯曲度
普通级扁钢每米弯曲度不大于4mm，总弯曲度不大于交货长度的0.40%
较高级扁钢每米弯曲度不大于2.5mm，总弯曲度不大于交货长度的0.25%
扁钢的截面形状不正如图a、b、c、d，其最大允许尺寸（C值）应符合：
扁钢厚度≤5mm，C≤1mm
扁钢厚度>5mm～10mm，C≤厚度的20%
扁钢厚度>10mm，C≤厚度的15%，最大值为3.5mm

General Level: Max Warp is 4mm/m, whole body’s Max Warp is 0.40% length.
Senior Level: Max Warp is 2.5mm/m, whole body’s Max Warp is 0.25% length.
