防静电台垫的防静电性能按SJ/T10694-1996的相关要求； 静电耗散层表面电阻要求为：
1.0×106Ω~1.0×109Ω； 导电层表面电阻要求为：
1.0×103Ω~1.0×105Ω； 体积电阻值要求在：
1.0×105Ω~1.0×109Ω； 静电耗散材料表面磨擦电压小于200V； 静电泄放至100V以下的静电泄放时间应小于1S。
