什么是黄铜，什么是青铜，如何辨别？

黄铜是以铜为基体的铜与锌的合金，牌号以“H”打头，后跟两位数是铜的平均含量；除黄铜和白铜（铜与镍的合金）外的所有以铜为基体的铜合金都称为青铜。常用的主要有锡青铜、铅青铜、铝青铜、铍青铜等。牌号以“Q”打头，后跟主加元素的符号及平均含量，再跟次加元素符号及平均含量。肉眼分辨只能从颜色观察上进行，黄铜较亮，青铜较暗。

黄铜主要品种有：普通黄铜（如H65)、镍黄铜（如HNi65-5)、铁黄铜、铅黄铜、铝黄铜、锰黄铜、锡黄铜、加砷黄铜、硅黄铜等。黄铜从牌号上可以明确的分辨出来，第一位字母H 表示黄铜类，次位字母表示主要添加元素，第一组数字表示铜的含量，以后的数字依次表示其它主要元素含量；黄铜的颜色一般较为鲜亮，多呈黄色。

青铜的主要品种有：锡青铜（如QSn4-3)、铝青铜（如QAl9-2)、铍青铜、硅青铜、锰青铜、锆青铜、铬青铜、镉青铜、镁青铜、铁青铜、碲青铜等。青铜牌号第一位字母Q 表示青铜类，次位字母表示主要添加元素，以后的字母表示其它主要元素。第一位数字表示除铜外主要元素的含量，以后数字表示其它主要元素的含量。外观上青铜颜色晦暗。

铅黄铜的熔炼、铸造生产并不困难，可以使用感应熔炼，坩埚熔炼等方式，铸造生产可采用半连续铸锭、砂模、铁模等；铅黄铜的压力加工性能并不优良，一般三向压应力的热加工性能尚可，热挤压为主要热变形手段，而其他热加工方式如热轧则易产生裂边现象。（α+β）两相铅黄铜热加工性能优于单相铅黄铜。铅黄铜冷加工性能较差，变形硬化大，现代铅黄铜压力加工方法中，水平连铸坯料冷加工方法发展迅速。
