As the commercial refrigerating equipment, ice cream machine can work normally under the following conditions:

Environment temperature: 5-50℃
Feeding temperature: 2-35℃

Voltage: 200-240v
Frequency range: 50±1HZ

Note: The environment temperature and feeding temperature directly affect the feeding capacity.

our machine are supervised by technology supervision bureau of China , and also with double check before shippment.

Besides , we do have spare pieces attached to the machine when exported to you.

the failures would happen but little. the common failure
mostly are abrasion. 

since i have attached the spare parts and operation instruction to you , so you can easily change the wear out part.

if you can not deal with the problem , our technician and me will offer guide help through
and telephone.

if we still could not fixed it , you can ask for the help of local technician.

Because , the constitutive principle of the machine is almost the same , no matter which supplier produce , 

only the difference of compressor ,so you can ask for the help of local technician.
