1. 本机采用飞达送纸结构，整体动作全气动控制，结构简单合理。
2. 上胶部采用全新设计的铜刮刀，有效地防止卷纸，保证机器正常运行。
3. 采用双张纸检测装置，操作设置简单，有效防止双张纸。
4. 纸板送料台采用线性导轨与步进电机控制，定位准确快速。
5. 纸板送料台有缺纸板自动停机装置，减少了产品的废品率。
6. 输送带下方采用大功率吸风机，使纸张输送更加平稳准确。
7. 纸张的输送定位系统采用高精度光电控制装置，使纸张与纸板的定位更加精确。
8．整机采用PLC控制，操作简单，机器故障直接显示在电脑触摸屏上，方便排除故障。
