性能与用途:
荧光增白剂OB-1是优良的噁唑类增白剂,不溶于水,性能稳定,具有良好的耐热、耐晒、耐氯漂和耐迁移等性能。
荧光增白剂OB-1特别耐高温,主要用于热熔轧染法增白,适用于涤纶纤维的增白及涤纶与棉和其它纤维混纺织物的增白。该产品还可用于ABS、PS、HIPS、PA、PC、PP、EVA和硬质PVC等塑料增白,锦纶纤维、尼龙和聚酯中添加OB-1后也会明显提高白度。在回收的聚酯纤维废料、瓶料和切片中加入OB-1后回收料会显得更白,而且不同回收料中色度会变得更加一致。
使用方法:
彻底分散增白剂,使增白剂能均匀地分散在整个聚合物中,聚合物中添加紫外线吸收剂时,应注意适当调整OB-1的最佳用量。
用量:
透明制品 0.0025-0.005%. 不透明制品 0.01-0.03%
包装:铁桶或纸板桶内衬双层塑料袋,每件净重25 kg或50 kg。
贮存: 应贮存于阴凉、干燥的库房内。

PROPERTY:
Optical Agent OB-1 is a excellent diphenylethylene bisbenzoxazole type compound. It is unsoluble in water and has stable capablity, also it has good resistance to heat, sunlight, chlorine bleaching and migration. It owns especially high temperature tolrence, suitable for shaping various kinds of plastics and their products under high temperature.It has an extra ideal whitening effect on polyester fibers as well as polyester fiber-containing fabrics including polyester-cotton blend fabric It can be used to whiten various kinds of plastics such as ABS, PS, HIPS, PA, PC, PP, EVA and rigid PVC. With addition of Optical Agent OB-1,polyamide fiber, nylon and polyester have significantly good whiteness. Mixed with this product, recycling polyester waste material, bottle material and slice flake will have a higher whiteness than before, different, recycling materials will have better similar color.
USEAGE:
Optical brightener OB-1should be thoroughly dispered in the polymers. When any ultral-violet absorption agent is added, the optimal dosage of optical brightener OB-1 will be adjusted accordingly.
DOSAGE:
For transparent 0.0025-0.005% opaque ≤ 0.01-0.03%
