环保型木材漂白剂

一、作用原理：

MJB木洁宝通用节约型木材漂白液是一种能适用大部分树种的一种新型环保型木材漂白产品。其原理主要是通过对木材发色素中的炭基（C=O），乙烯基（CH2=CH）OH基，甲氧基（-CHO）以及羧基（-COOH），等助色基的物性反应，以达到淡化木材的原有颜色。从而彻底消除木材体内的沉淀色素，使之颜色达到淡雅统一。

二、适用范围:

MJB木洁宝可广泛有效的处理榉木、枫木、影木、桦木、樱桃木、水曲柳、柞木、印尼白木、桐木、椴木、东北桦木、西南桦、橡胶木（马来西亚、泰国）橡木、云杉、红檩、楸木以及进口等特殊树种的木板、木地板、木线条、木门、木制家具、木制工艺品、编织工艺品、竹制品、藤制品出现的变色、色斑、矿物线等深色现象

三、产品特点:

本产品具有阻燃、安全无毒无残留、无刺激性气味，漂白快速不易返黄、操作简单、对人体无害木材漂白后且能保持清晰的导管和纹理，并且不影响木材的纤维和强度，A+B混合后药效有效时间可持续到24-72小时， 可进行反复使用.

四、使用方法：

1、将相同比例的A+B两种溶液各按1:1比例混合在非金属容器里,根据木材加工要求可进行涂刷、浸泡或喷洒。

2、待漂白处理后的木材完全干透24小时后或加热到40-70度（需视木材厚度而定），使其在15-45分钟内快干，使其含水率达到12%以下即可进行打磨加工。

五、注意事项：

1、A、B溶液为配套产品，请严格按1：1比例配兑。

2、本产品有腐蚀性，请配带手套使用。

3、严禁用手直接接触（操作时请远离小孩）

4、施工场所请确保通风良好。

5、储存于干燥、阴凉处，贮藏温度0-43度。

六、有效期：单独存放约两年
