酿 制：葡萄来自拉维尼家族的各个自有葡萄园，酿酒完全采用传统工艺，特别是拉维尼家庭历代相传的方法。
培 养：培养期平均为 18 个月，直到培养期完才会对酒进行调制和装瓶。

Harvesting and winemaking:
The harvesting is done mechanically, using a machine bearing the latest technology.As soon as the grapes arrive in the winery they are totally de stemmed, sorted by a team of six people, and then crushed.
The winemaking is entirely done by using traditional methods of the area and more particularly those of the Maison Lavigne.
Ageing:
The ageing lasts an average of 18 months and is done in vats made of cement. The wine is not blended until after this period of ageing and the wine is then bottled on the estate.
Tasting:
A pleasant wine, easy to drink, made from a blend of several vintages. A regular and maintained quality..
