All series of Germany ZF model, multi-models input speed in terms of the type (rpm) , the model (RPM) allowable torque applied the Range of application concrete mixer truck series multistage reduction ratio 20 .  As the gear box has many different installation position, so it can be used to install Lathe(horizonal)B3/B5 or processing centre(verticalV1/V3). The gear box have many domains that can be used to increase the torque or lower the speed.That is to say, it cut the soft material fast and meanwhile has a high cutting force to hard material. As it not only keeps high rotate speed(I=1：1), but also increase the torque (Transmission rate I = 4.00 ) to lower the speed.  Based on the same factor,the cutting efficency can maitain a wide range of rotated speed. The only economic way is to use double speed gear box, as high powered electronical machine can provide the needed big cutting force, but they can't be used in high-speed revolution. On the contray, small electronical machine can provide a high rotated speed but lacks the needed high cutting torque. The curve of the torque's power: under the circumustance of unchanged in spindle power, it can provide 1:20 ratio. It depends on the range of the electronical machine' s continuous  power. On the one hand, under lower speed it provide a high torque, on the other hand, it supplies the high power and high ratation.So it makes full use of the mordern tool's cuttting power.
