高速软瓶灌装封口机

本机功能配置：人工挂瓶→自动灌装→自动清洗瓶嘴内外管壁→自动加热瓶嘴→自动封口→自动退瓶。

本机特点：人机界面和PLC软件联合控制。灌装头独立控制、无瓶不灌装，不滴料漏料，能同时满足多种容量瓶子的灌装，并有真空回流泵消除气泡保证灌装饱满。环绕夹合封口延长封口时间、保证封口严密美观。适用如奶棒等含油脂物料，和封口及卫生要求较高产品。电气元件采用德国和日本名牌。

Features:The machine adopts man-machine interface and PLC software joint control. And the filling head can control no filling without bottle independently and avoid leaking and process filling of many kinds of bottle at the same time. The vacuum reflux pump ensure the bottle full without air bubble while the circle nip sealing extends the sealing time and ensure the lip strict and nice. The machine applies to filling and sealing of oiliness material such as milk stick and other product that demands high quality of sanitation.The electric organs of the machine are imported brands from Germany and Japan.
