本机功能配置：自动送袋→自动灌装→自动清洗袋嘴并加氮气→自动理盖放盖→自动旋盖→自动检测分离次品→自动退袋。

本机特点：人机界面和PLC软件联合控制。设备自动化智能性高，灌装泵独立控制无袋不灌装，并有回流泵防止滴漏和消除气泡。整机配置空气过滤尘流罩。适用于卫生要求较高的鲜奶和酸奶的无菌灌装。料桶采用不锈钢管道，可CIP循环清洗。电气元件采用德国和日本名牌。

Features:This machine is joint controlled by man-machine interface and PLC software making it highly intelligent, and the filling pump controls no filling without bottle independently and the reflux pump ensures the bottle full without air bubble and no leaking. The machine fits air filter dust hoods affording asepsis filling of fresh milk and yogurt. The feed bucket adopts stainless steel affording CIP cycle cleaning. The electronic organs are of famous German and Japanese brands.
