中海钢管集团再建项目于8月底已经全部竣工，扩建项目如下：
1.车间16000平米，车间内安装6条全自动流水线热扩设备.目前拥有国内首家完整、成套、全自动流水线、热扩设备。
2.管端定径机，此设备运行后会改善近十几年热扩机的高能耗，效率低的缺陷，提高产品的合格率.
3.车间内安装了一套沧州地区唯一一家最先进的全自动在线探伤机，探伤范围从76mm---820mm.
4.中海钢管集团实验室已经全面对外开放，目前拥有沧州地区钢管行业最先进的实验设备和检测仪器。是完成BV, SGS, Llod’s, Moody等国际第三方检验的最好服务机构和合作伙伴。
5．16000平米室内涂漆仓库增加25000平米室外仓储.
Through more than ten years unremitting efforts, Hebei Zhonghai Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed into a group company .Since November 2010 ,Zhonghai became listed company in Tianjin Stock Exchange (share code: 613 002) . Zhonghai Steel Pipe Group has completed all the expansion projects at the end of August.The Expansion Projects are as following :
1. The Workshop is 16,000 square meters, and it installs six sets of automatic hot expanded
pipe lines which are the first complete equipment, fully automated assembly line in domestic.
2. Pipe diameter setting machine .Running the machine will improve the years of defects
such as high energy consumption, low efficiency and also improve the product pass percent.
3. The workshop installs one set of the most advanced automatic diagnostic machine, the
testing range is from 76mm --- 820mm.
4. Zhonghai Steel Pipe Group laboratory has been widely openned which currently introduced
the most advanced equipment and instrument. It is the good partner and offer the best service
for the international third party inspection agencies such as BV, SGS, Llod's, Moody's.
5. 16000 square meters indoor painting warehouse and 25,000 square meters outdoor
paint storage .
