冰垫的内容物是冰晶， 冰晶呈啫喱状，类似于果冻，胶质厚稠，不同于水的稀薄和冰砂的完全固体，冰晶在垫子里是不会随意流动，也不会完全固态，而是可以根据受压情况向周围移动。所以人坐在上面，完全不会感觉有东西搁着，笔记本放在垫子上也不用担心会放不稳。
