该设备是专门为氨基模塑料粉生产而设计制造，其工作原理就是为了在热交换的同时，进行物料充分分散、拌合，从而达到均匀内在质量、细化和松散物料的作用。

根据不同用途，我公司制造两种形式的冷冻混料机，外观一样，内部搅拌桨叶分别有独特的结构：

1、前道冷冻混料机（冷冻槽），安装位置在捏合和烘箱之间，目的是疏松和冷却捏合出来的物料，是加工密胺粉的必备设备，假如夹套内走冷冻水效果更佳。如果生产A1粉，该设备可以达到物料疏松、颗粒均匀的目的，对保证流动性起到一定作用。

2、后道冷冻混料机（拼混机），其作用是冷却粉碎后的粉料，将其充分拌合，保证产品的一致性和连续性，起到球磨机的部分作用。部分厂家用该设备替代球磨机生产大宗产品，产量大、效率高。
