本机是一款半自动直线封边机，适用于中密度板、细木工板及刨花板的直线封边，可一次性完成输送封边板料，涂胶送带切断，粘合压紧，下上铣边、抛光工作

的自动生产线。其产品可达国内外同类产品水品，且 价格低廉，尤为适合于生产板式家具的厂家使用。

抛光装置时用棉质抛光轮清理加工好的板材，通过抛光使边材上下部分更加光滑整洁。

Buffing unit is for cleaning of the edge. It’s composed by two independent motors and two cotton polishing wheels.

刮边装置用于消除由于修边非直线运动的切削过程所引起的波纹痕迹，时边材上下部分更加光滑整洁。

Radius scraping unit: remove corrugation trail on edges caused by teimming. Make both sides of the panel smooth a

nd tidy and provides perfect finish. With air browing function prevent removed edge banding tapes from trapping on polishing wheels.

精修装置用于修去加工板材封边带上下部分多余的封边材料，采用靠模自动跟踪和高频高速电机等结构，保证修边时板材上下部分的平整光滑。

Fine trimming unit, with two inpidual high frequency motors, trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the panel, ensure the top and bottom

side of the edge smooth and even.

涂胶封边装置采用先进的下置式热胶箱，热胶速度快，双螺旋式送胶结构，保证了送胶稳定，涂胶均匀。

Gluing & edging until adopt lower glue tank. Dual-screwy feeding unit, to make feeding gule conveniently and equally.
