lines used 2 x1. 5 mm ² above cable, if module power need extended ,it must
choose 0.75 mm ² / 18 # above specifications of the wire, in order to
avoid overload lead to the power cord
fever is too large, provoke adverse consequences,the power line’s length
between switching power supply and modules not more than 2 meters, otherwise
line loss increases, the total power increase also; using
connection first plan (single end power supply) : module can connect 20 PCS, can’t
excess of connection . using
connection second plan(Head and end power supply) : module can connect max 25
PCS, can’t excess of connection . Please tear off release paper of
back gum before installation , place them in the box or advertising logo to
preliminary fixed , then used 1 pc ST2.9*10mm tapping screw to lock ,also can
use fixed way of playing glass glue of both sides of model . Module standard is 20pcs/string
, the user can cut singly according to actual demand when
module and modules needed to connect, use oblique mouth clamp to cut power
lines between modules firstly, skinning 10 mm or so, and corresponding colors
(red and white alternating lines connect positive pole, white connect
negotive pole) guide line of skinning part twist to shares, then twist into
connector to insulation protection , finally inspect power line’s continuity
and reliability which have been twisted into connectors,don’t power lines out
from connector . when
end module have wire conductor bare, use oblique mouth forceps to skinning two
cables about 10 mm, and twist into connectors to process insulation
protection ; To
ensure the waterproof and anticorrosive,after power supply twist into the
wing head, suggest use single-package silica (or neutral glass glue, or use
waterproof grease) into the wiring head, covering bared copper lines of power
lines to protect; this product do not touch and
work when charged . suggest
using switching power supply that have approved by CCC(with short circuit
protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection). |
