PP线绕滤芯，是一种深层过滤芯，用于低粘度、低杂质量的过滤，是用纺织纤维线（丙纶线、脱脂棉线等），按特定工艺精密地缠绕在多孔骨架（聚丙烯或不锈钢）上面制成，具有外疏内密的蜂窝状结构，能有效地去除流体中的悬浮物、微粒、铁锈等杂物,具有十分优良的过滤特性。

原理
线绕滤芯由纺织纤维以特定方式缠绕在多骨架上形成。缠绕时控制滤芯缠绕密度即能制成不同过滤精度的滤芯。滤芯过滤孔径外大内小，具有优良的深层过滤效果。
功效
线绕滤芯能有效除去液体中悬浮物，微粒等。流量大，压力损失小。滤渣负荷高，使用寿命长。可以承受较高的过滤压力。根据被过滤液体的性质，滤芯有多种不同的材质可供选择，使滤芯与滤液有良好的相容性。
