无轴螺旋给料机是有轴螺旋给料机的更新换代产品，主要用于垃圾循环流化床锅炉入炉口的给料及密封，是入炉口的另一种密封压火装置。
无轴螺旋存料空间大，旋转中心轴不易缠绕、运行阻力小，高耐磨合金钢螺旋叶片柔性和刚性恰到好处的结合，克服了垃圾在输送过程中的强大阻力，出料口的挡风门可防止烟气的外泄，因此起到了较好的均匀效果。
As the renewal product of shaft screw feeder, shaftless screw feeder is mainly used for feeding and sealing at the mouth of waste circulating fluidized bed boiler. It is another sealing damping device of boiler mouth.
Because there is no rotating center shaft, shaftless screw feeder has large space for storing material and its running resistance is small. The flexibility and rigidity of high wearing-resistant alloy steel helical blade are perfectly combined, which can overcome great resistance in the process of delivering waste. Wind shield door at discharge ensures smoke gas is leaked, so as to play an importmant role in blending and sealing feed stock.
给料机具有以下特点：
1.采用相反旋向螺旋和无中心轴设计，两螺旋可自动实现正、反向旋转，抗缠绕性强，不易堵塞。
2.采用加强型的耐磨螺旋叶片，在超大扭矩及垃圾强力挤压下叶片不变形，磨损小、寿命长。
3.出料口设有自动挡风门，密封性好。

This feeder has following features:
1.It adopts opposite screw and non-central shaft design. Two screws can automatically achieve forward and reverse rotation, which has great anti-winding and is not easy to be blocked.
2.Enhanced wearing-resistant screw blade is adopted, which can not be deformed under the great torque and large extrusion force.It has low wear and long service life.
3.Automatic wind door is installed at discharge with good sealing performance.
