作为路灯控制系统,不仅要实现光效控制还需要配以时间控制,从而达到智能自动控制的目的,在充放电期间不仅要实现防止过度充电、放电、还需要实现过度的放电等功能。此外,控制系统核心的一块低电压升压充电系统,在风力发电和太阳能发电所发出的电压小于15V的情况下,对这部分电能进行升压到24V以上,这样就能对其进行充分利用。
