Mix proportion

Burnt-out printing paste 80-90% + burnt-out powder 10-20%

Printing process

1. Mixing 10~20% burnt-out powder with burnt-out printing paste and stirring them evenly

2. Printing directly on fabrics for 1-2 times(3-4 scrapes per time)                                                    

3. Baking for 1~3 minutes or hot pressing for 10 seconds with180℃.                       

4. Clear the burned objects by washing it. .

调配比例

烧花浆80-90% + 烧花粉10-20%

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印2-3次，视布厚薄和所需烧花深度而决定印浆的刀数，一般以印透底为佳

2. 120～140度焙烘1～2分钟

3. 洗水去除烧出来的焦化物即可

注意事项

1.保质期：3~4个月
2.焙烘时热风不能开太大，否则烧出来的花边不够整齐。纯棉不宜用作烧花，布料必需含30%以上的涤棉布。
