○左右胶线割分为后跟、中腰、前掌工六区，各区可独立限宽或靠模，配合不同鞋型及尺寸组合出最佳涂胶路径，达到卓越结帮效果，同时避免结帮溢胶。

○擦胶行程可有影幕或有雷射标示点设定，快速简易，并可依鞋型尺寸自动极放调整，不需重新设定，适合多号头混合生产的成型线。

○爪子同时具备上拉及前拉功能，并有压力控制及距离控制两种模式，内外腰鞋面可为不同上拉距离，左右脚自动换变。

○爪子及后帮束紧器前后位置采用电动机构控制，并具有有位置记忆能可配合内外腰及鞋型尺寸自动移位，随时调整最佳拉长位置。

○楦头水平及垂直方向分别采用光电感测及直压机构定位，精准稳定，不需随鞋型变换经常调整，结帮品质稳定，帮角平整完美。

○鞋型结帮参数，一数值方式输入设定，且参数储存空间大，并可透过USB介面由外部储存媒介无限扩充，可满足所有鞋厂生成需求。

○人性化的圆形触控操作界面，学习及使用君极易，并设有多种安全保护等级。
