主要特点：

○本机可使鞋子中帮和后帮部位之结帮作业一次完成，配置有两支浮动式擦胶焊机构，直接使用热熔胶条进行鞋面胶黏结帮，免除人工擦胶作业。

○机器使用用油压和气压协和操作系统。

○两支擦胶焊的擦胶行程停止点，直接由调整投射灯的位置决定，操作简便。

○左右擦胶焊的张开模式，有张开靠模式和压力固定式，两种模式可供选择。

○在后帮部位和中帮部位，分别有三种出胶量的设定可供调整，并有多种擦胶模式可供参考。

○采用PLC控制器与圆形头示触控影幕，操作最稳定、简便。

○结帮参数（行程与时间）的设定，以数值方式输入，并设有钥匙开关保护，防止未授权人员的不当更改。

○自我侦错功能，即省故障排除时间。

○跟后束紧器采用链条机构互动。

○中帮结帮机构配有4组侧压及指压结构，并特殊设计和后帮扫刀机构，行成结帮位置重叠动作，减少斜接点结帮不良。

○指压结构具有自动平衡功能，并可设定两段压力动作。

○内外腰各配有一支爪子，可用于来拉链鞋面的中帮和后帮部位，达成完美机构效果。

○Features:

○This machine is used for the lasting operation of the uppers side and heel part in one operation ,and equipped with two floating nozzles . The rod cement of poly ester or polyamide is designed for using ,which ensures higher flexibility.

○Hydraulic and pneumatic operated system.

○The stop point of the nozzles for the cement path ,can be set by the adjustment of the projected laser light directly. Operate simply and control visibly.

○The control of the opening stroke for the left and right nozzles ,can e chosen with the upper shape following mode or the constant pressure opening mode .

○There are three kinds cement volume control can be selected in the touch screen ,the heel and the side part is adjusted separately and also with the different operation mode of the cement can be chosen.

○The PLC system is equipped with the touch screen to operate the machine with the graphical symbols .

○The setting of the parameters (time and stroke) is by numerical key in, with the protection of the switch to avoid the reading or changing by the non-authorized.

○Error diagnostic readable on touch screen .

○The h eel band is transmitted by the chain mechanism.

○The side lasting device is equipped with four fingers lasting structure, with the designed function for the overlapped lasting area with heel lasting device.

○The finger lasting mechanism is designed with the adjustable left and right balance ,also the two step operation pressure setting .

○Two pincers are provided to achieve a special counter pull in side and heel area.
