Our service including full inspection, random inspection, factory- stationed inspection, send products to our factory to check and packed. We adapt category management to meet the quality requirements of Japan, Euro and American country. As for different products we make the corresponding inspection manner, to ensure the good quality of precuts. Our company has 65 professional inspectors, and 15 workers for packing, so we can capable to meet the demand of our clients. We can send our QC to your factory or you can send your goods to our company to proceed inspection.
Inspection manner
1．Full inspection: 100% check for each piece, mainly for Japan market
Two manners:
A: Send QC to your factory to make inspection
B : send products to our company, we will make inspection, packing, shipments
2．Random inspection: to select a part of the whole lot, and confirm the quality situation of the products
Three manners: A: Pre-production inspection
B: During production inspection
C: Pre-Shipment inspection
3． factory- stationed inspection: before the mass production, our inspection will stationed in the factory to follow the production Schedule, quality and other abnormal situation.
