     该设备采用伺服电机分度，将成型（O型，可卷边）绝缘纸插入电枢。可在液晶触摸屏上设置槽数等参数；适用于汽车电机等直流电机生产厂家电枢插O型绝缘纸。

（1）自动完成盘式绝缘纸的送纸→定长切断→制成O型（可卷边）→插入转子槽内→转位，具有人机对话功能和更换工装后适用多品种产品。
（2）欧姆龙PLC程序控制，液晶触摸屏参数设置，由伺服电机完成精确分度，且方便任意槽数电枢上纸。
（3）在触摸屏上设置送纸长度，由伺服电机完成精确送纸。
 
（4）电枢轴向自动压紧定位，采用气缸压紧。

（5）具有自动检测和缺纸报警功能、有良好的抗干扰性

（6）设备具有手动调整和自动循环两种工作状态，在手动状态时，设备的各步动作均可手动调整。
（7）设备能长期正常可靠地工作，对误操作进行保护，“急停”按钮能在意外情况下切断电源或停止正在进行的操作，防止事故发生；
（8）配铝型材外罩有机玻璃封闭设计。

CZO-B Type（O-Shape Paper）Armature Paper Loading Machine

The equipment adopts the servo-motor to calibrate the angle, and insert the moulding insulation paper (O-shape, rolling) into the armature. The parameters like slot number can be set up by the LC touch screen. The equipment is applicable for the insert of O-shape insulation paper by DC motor manufacturer such as automobile motor, etc.

Equipment Characters:

1. Automatic loading for disk type insulation paper→cutting off in fixed length→making into O-shape (rolling)→inserting into the rotor slot→transposition, with the function of man-machine conversation applicable for multiple products after the change of frock.
2. Omron PLC program for the control, LC touch screen for the setting of parameters, servo-motor for calibrating the angle, to be convenient for the armature paper loading in any slot number.
3. Loading length of paper can be set up by touch screen, which the paper can be loaded precisely by servo-motor.
4. Armature can be compressed in axial direction automatically for positioning, and then be compressed by cylinder.
5. The equipment holds the automatic detection and low paper alarming function, with the excellent anti-interference performance.
6. The equipment has the two working conditions, including hand regulation and automatic cycle. In the condition of hand regulation, all operations can be regulated by hand;
7. The equipment can operate in normal and stable condition for long term, with the protection for incorrect operation; buttons of “Emergency stop”, “Pause” can cut off the electricity or stop the operation in the emergency to prevent from the accident;
8. The outer cover in aluminium extruded sections and closed design by synthetic glass are equipped.
