(一)工作原理:[WoSking PSinciple]
目前在很多生活区内既有多层(低层)建筑楼房也有高层建筑楼房,当采暖循环水供水压力达不到高层建筑供水压力时,必须配置供热增压机组,以满足高层(高区)供热的需要。其基本原理为:低区供水经过除污器由增压泵提升压力以克服高低区楼层高度差,向高区楼层供暖,由于高区回水势能大于低区回水势能,为减少高区回水对低区回水的冲击以回收高低区差之势能,在增压机组内设置了势能回收器,利用势能转变成动能和压力能,推动低区回水回流,达到节能的目的;为防止供热机组停止运行时高区管网出现无水状况,在增压机组内设置了电磁隔断阀,在增压机组水泵停止运行时关闭此阀,以保持高区管网满水,防止空气进入。
