振棒式料位开关
VEGAVIB的振棒通过压电驱动。当振棒触到介质的时候，振幅被衰减。电子部件检测到这个衰减的振幅，并将它转换一个开关信号。由于采用棒式结构，不会产生介质粘附或卡料等现象。清洗方便使得它可以被用于食品和制药行业。安装位置和颗粒尺寸不会影响测量稳定性，安装和调试非常简便，可以不带料调试。典型的应用是溢出保护或防止空转，被测介质可以是塑料颗粒，奶粉或切片等等。
The VEGAVIB vibration rod through the piezoelectric drive. When vibration rod touched medium, amplitude is attenuation. Electronic components detected the attenuation amplitude, and will change it a switch signal. Since using rod type structure, won't produce medium adhesion or card material wait for a phenomenon. Cleaning convenient that it can be used in food and pharmaceutical industry. Installation position and grain size does not affect the measurement stability, installation and debugging is very simple, can not take material debugging. Typical applications are overflow protection or prevent idle, measured medium can be plastic particles, milk powder or section and so on.
