洗料机也称为摩擦洗料机，是再生料清洗环节中不可缺少的清洗设备，机体底部为细孔滤网，顶部有外接进水口，物料由进料口一端进入经过机体内叶片的高速摩擦搓洗可以高效的洗去物料中混杂的泥沙/油污/残余的清洗剂等多种杂质（部份功能需与前后设备配合使用），常见塑料均适用，适用范围广，且清洗效果十分明显。
