  这套设备由给袋式自动包装机与电脑组合秤、物料提升机、工作平台配套而成，主要适用于洗衣粉、大米、种子、白糖、饲料、芝麻等小颗粒状物料自动完成送料、可自动取袋、打码、开袋、定量计量、填充、热封、输出成品的包装作业.
   The equipment is made with four bucket scales, material feeder, working platform supporting automatic bag filling and packaging machine, mainly applied to granular materials such as washing powder, rice, seeds, sugar, fodder, sesame automatic feeding, automatically take bag, play yards, open bags, quantitative measurement, filling, sealing, output the finished packaging operations.

一、RL6-200型给袋式全自动包装

3.可更改的信号CAN口和出错自诊断功能，极大的减少故障排除的时间，提高效率。

4.能根据被计量物的特性，细微调整料斗门的开合速度及开门角度,防止卡料。

5.组合称重时可选择设置为多次下料和依次下料，避免膨松物料堵塞下料口。

6.具备“自动选别”、“一拖二”功能的集料处理系统可直接排除不合格产品，并直接处理2台包装机发出的放料信号。

This kind of elevator is used mainly to convey the solid food, such as rice, chip potato, candy, etc.
