Ionograph 是离子污染测试的工业标准，在所有普通使用的清洁标准中说明。目前的500M 系列是模块化结构，允许用户选择最适合他们特殊需要的测试模块。每一个测试模块设计为在可接受的价格下交付精确的准确度。此系列由五个不同的测试模块组成，包括小部件、标准部件、大部件、SMDII 和SMD3。测试模块可以由一个专业的“控制模块”或由使用SCS 公司的工具“PowerView 软件”的电脑来控制。
