一、 模具材质及加工速度：多采用铝材经CNC加工制成，速度快，尺寸精度高，无需按传统钢模制作流程进行。
二、模具造价低，约为注塑钢模的1/4以下。在注塑机、热压机、CNC等设备的配合下，快速为用户提供产品，不限加工批量注塑零件，热压零件和模压零件。
三、快速模具有多种加工工艺可供选用：注塑成型，吸塑成型，压塑成型，冷压成型，浇铸成型，CNC加工成型，多工种配合，确保产品质量和精度和外观要求。
四、快速模具可用于成型：大型工程塑料壳体，注塑零件，复合材料层压零件，橡胶异型零件，人造石产品等，适用于大尺寸零件，用量较小的各类机壳，是传统钢模的有力补充，一次投入，长期使用。
