有机物高温高压水解水热氧化、制肥系统

该系统是“LJ”五化处理技术的核心技术之一，前处理系统分选出来的有机物,经高温高压水解水热氧化低釜在温度193°C、压力1.25Mpa的条件下，反应2小时，彻底消灭了病虫害和杂菌，并使有机物中的大分子链断成易于农作物吸收的小分子链，由于有机物在高温高压反应过程中，产生了大量的糖分和腐殖酸，所以该肥料养分充足，是绿色食品的必用肥料。根据市场需求，配入其它养分即可生产出各种高效有机无机复混生态农作物专用肥。 

以有机物为主的垃圾，经过2个小时左右的“水解”处理后，其中，95%以上的有机垃圾在水解喷爆过程中被膨化成棕褐色粉末，降解为有益于农作物生长的优质有机肥，然后经过烘干、筛分，把有机质粉末与其它未降解物彻底分离。该工序能将不可降解的无机物与有机物彻底分选开来，所以也叫“热选”。该工序所需热能来源于焚烧系统的余热锅炉，能源循环利用，以垃圾处理垃圾，大大地降低了垃圾处理成本。高温高压水解水热氧化技术的作用是：（1）把大分子链断为短分子链。（2）加速糖类、腐殖酸的转换，提高有机肥的质量。（3）灭菌彻底，完全实现了无害化处理。
