“燎源”牌刀具，专业生产高精度精密分条机圆刀片，高精度垫片，配套德国拜儿丁氰橡胶圆圈。主要分切：镍箔、铜箔、铅箔、硅钢片、不锈钢片、铁片等重工业冲剪分条行业。
公司严格确保产品质量，采用进口日本原材料SKH-9、SKD-11、及国产W6Mo5Cr4V2、W18Cr4V、LD、Cr12MO1V1、Cr12MOV、H13等高速钢、高碳钢、合金工具钢等优质材料生产的刀片，广泛适用于冶金，金属、电子、五金、造纸、塑料、食品、材业、橡胶、轻纺等工业之中。
本厂专业生产精密分条圆刀片，主要用于金属板材，带材分条生产线，刀具原料采用材质稳定的高速切削工具钢SKD-11，SKH-9，LD等材料，一套完善的真空热处理工艺，硬度均匀，精密加工制造。特别适用各种冷热轧钢板，矽钢片，马口铁，不锈钢等高速裁切作业。圆刀片是分条刀座中，最重要的一环，其加工精密度，更是要求甚高，对于平面，本厂采用超精密平面研磨机床，以特殊的研磨法，研磨而成，并经过严格品质管制，保证所有成品厚度，平坦度及厚度公差均达0.003mm(max）以内。
