无机物制建材系统
经综合风选机分选出来的无机物类垃圾、可燃物类垃圾在焚烧过程中产生的炉渣用于制砖。由于炉渣是通过高温焚烧形成的产物，一方面自身具有一定的强度，相当于110号的成品水泥，另一方面高温焚烧彻底，无污染，符合GB508.3-1996《危险废物鉴别标准—浸出毒性鉴别》。本套系统产生的无机物垃圾、炉渣可以综合利用，将无机物垃圾、炉渣制成空心砖、道板砖等系列建材产品。既可增加垃圾处理厂的收入，减轻运行费用，又解决了无机物垃圾、炉渣的出路。
主要品种为：增光西班牙道板、机压西班牙道板、增光草坪砖、机压六角砖、机压扭曲砖、机压彩色路沿石系列、机压空心砖等。
生产的多孔固化垃圾多孔砖需达到《烧结多孔砖》（GB13544-2000）的标准的同时，还需满足Q/JK01-2004《固化垃圾多孔砖》的标准。
Inorganic Building Materials Manufacture System
Inorganic garbage and slag generated by combustible waste in the incineration process, which is separated by integrated air separation unit can be used to make brick. Since the slag is the product of high temperature incineration, on the one hand it has certain strength, the equivalent of 110 finished cement, on the other hand thoroughly incineration with no pollution, which is consistent GB508.3-1996 “Identification standard for hazardous waste – leaching toxicity Identification”. Inorganic waste and slag produced by this system can be comprehensive utilization, such as making hollow bricks tiles and other building materials. Not only increase revenue of waste treatment plant, but also reduce operating costs, and make full use of inorganic and slag.
Main varieties: Spanish plate，machine pressed Spanish plate, lawn brick, hexagonal tile, machine pressed distorted brick, machine pressed color Curb series, machine pressed hollow bricks.
Production of porous brick needs to reach standard of “Fired Brick” (GB13544-2000), meanwhile, to reach standard of Q/JK01-2004 “Curing garbage brick”.
