双面玻璃晶体硅太阳能电池组件的结构
双面玻璃太阳电池组件的结构有多种,本文主要讨论的是层压封装的双面玻璃晶体硅太阳电池组件(简称双面玻璃组件)。图1是双面玻璃太阳电池组件结构。这种组件由玻璃-EVA胶膜-太阳电池- EVA胶膜-玻璃共5层组成。与普通太阳电池组件结构相比,双面玻璃组件利用背板玻璃代替TPE(或TPT)。TPE为柔性材料,玻璃是硬度高的刚性材料,双面玻璃层压封装过程中由于两层刚性玻璃的挤压,很容易出现气泡、移位、太阳电池裂片、玻璃碎裂现象。

Structure of double-glazed crystalline silicon solar cell
The structure of double-glazed solar cell is various, what we’ll discuss here is the double-glazed crystalline silicon solar cell with laminated packaging (Double-glazed component for short). The structure of double-glazed solar cell refers to Figure 1. This kind of component consists of five layers of glass-EVA film - solar cell - EVA film - glass. Compared with the structure of ordinary solar cell, double-glazed component uses back glass instead of TPE (or TPT). TPE is flexible material and glass is rigid material, which is easy to cause bubbles, shift, solar cell fragmentations and glass fragmentations due to the extrusion of two layers of rigid glass in the process of laminated packaging.
