制氮机原理：

变压吸附制氮装置以洁净的压缩空气为原料，碳分子筛为吸附剂，利用变压吸附的原理在常温下来获取氮气的设备。根据空气中氧、氮在碳分子筛表面的吸附量的差异及氧和氮在碳分子筛中的扩散速率不同，通过可编程序控制器控制程控阀的启闭，实现加压吸附、减压脱附的过程，完成氧、氮分离，得到所需纯度的氮气。
