气 胎 由 壬
气胎由壬适用于大通径、中低压、拆卸频繁的大中口径管路联接。管路对中要求低,实现了快速安装和拆卸的特殊要求。尤其适用于石油钻井作业中净化系统各泥浆罐之间的各种管线联接和大中口径的油、水管路联接。

三、安装
1、气胎由壬的钢壳与容器或泥浆罐出口孔相焊接,或将钢壳焊接于相应直径的钢管端口上,并使气嘴孔朝上。
2、焊接完成后将气胎装入钢壳内。
3、将中心管两端分别插入左右两个气胎由壬的气胎孔内。
4、从气嘴向气胎由壬内胎充气至规定压力。

1、充气用带增压缸的双管打气筒,配充气嘴即可使用。在有配套压缩气源时也可用压缩空气充气。本公司为用户备有加长胶管打气筒。
2、气胎充气或放气后,应将气嘴护帽戴上,防止气嘴损伤。
3、气胎取出或装入钢壳时应注意保护气嘴,以防影响使用。
4、为使密封可靠,气胎充气压力可大于管线压力0.3Mpa。
5、拆卸管线时可先取下气嘴护帽,用细棍放气卸压,卸压后1~4
秒气胎可恢复到原来的通径尺寸,以便中心管从气胎内自由取出。
6、为保护气胎,钢管两端应有15。的倒角,钢管表面应光滑无毛刺和凹坑。
7、钢管插入气胎前,应使气胎彻底放气,否则中心管无法插入内胎。
8、两个气胎由壬之间的中心管可以是钢管,但最好是两端带钢接头的胶管中心管。
Pneumatictyre unions are mainly used for the connection of large and medium-caliber pipes which have higher diameters, middle-low pressure or frequent unloading. The centralizing of pipelines is lowly required, and it perfectly achieves special requirements for rapid installation and un-installation. Especially the products are applicable for pipe connection between purification system and mud tanks of oil drilling operation, and the connection of water and oil pipes with large and medium calibers.

三、Installation:
1. The steel casing of pneumatic tyre unions is weld with the outlet of container or mud tank, or weld the steel casing on the end of steel pipes with relevant diameter, and enable the air nozzle hole upward.
2. After welding, install the pneumatic tyre into the steel casing.
3. Insert two ends of central pipes into two holes of pneumatic tyre unions.
4. Charge from the air nozzle to the pneumatic tyre till the required pressure.

五、Attentions
1. Use double-pipe inflator with pressuring cylinder for charge, prepare a charging connector for operation, meanwhile, compressed air can be used to charge, the company prepares lengthened hose inflator.
2. After charge or discharge of the pneumatic tyre, make the charging connector wear protecting cap from damaging the connector.
3. When take out or install the steel casing, protect the connector from preventing normal use.
4. In order keep reliable sealing, the charge pressure of pneumatic tyre can exceed 0.3Mpa of pipe pressure.
5. When uninstalling the pipelines, firstly take down the charge connector protecting cap, use a thin stick to discharge and release pressure, after pressure discharge 1-4 s, the pneumatic tyre may restore to original diameter, so that the central pipe can be easily taken out of the pneumatic tyre.
6. In order to protect the pneumatic tyre, two ends of the steel pipe shall have a chamfering of 15o, and the surface of the steel pipe shall be smooth without burrs or recess.
7. Before the steel pipe is inserted into the pneumatic tyre, the pneumatic tyre shall be completely discharged, otherwise, the central pipe will be unable to insert into the tyre.
8. The central pipes between two pneumatic tyre unions can be steel pipes, yet the perfect pipes shall be hose central pipes with two ends equipped with steel joints
