2. Do not use this product in extreme humidity or high

3. Do not look directly into the lighting source as this
may lead to vision damage or loss of sight.
4. Keep lamp away from combustible gas or materials.
Never clean this lamp with any flammable cleaning product.
5. Avoid any installation where power supply cords could
become damaged, should the cord become loose or damaged discontinue use, and
seek authorized repairs immediately.
6. In the unlikely event that some abnormal event were
to occur, unplug the lamp immediately and seek authorized repair information.
7. For safety and longevity reasons only use
authorized/included accessories.
8. This LED lighting product is not waterproof, as such
it is never to be used in or near any level of moisture. Keep away from all liquids.
9. There are no user serviceable parts in this lamp,
only an authorized repair person familiar with LED lighting should open,
disassemble or otherwise service this lamp.
10. This LED lamp is intended for interior use only, as
such any exterior use or exposure will void the warranty.
11. Cleaning your new LED lamp is easy, please turn lamp
off, use only a clean, dry, soft cloth to wipe the lamp down. Never use harsh
or potentially flammable substances for cleaning.
12. Never place your LED lamp in direct sunlight, near
direct heat source or open flame at the risk of damage or possible injury.
13. In the event that your LED lamp requires
service/repair, please contact an authorized agent to perform said service or
repair.

listed were to occur, please unplug the lamp immediately and discontinue use.
Contact a qualified service person to evaluate the lamp prior to using in the
future.
1. Electronic components are splashed by
water or other liquids.
2. Should you notice any odd odor, or see flashes of
light from the LED lighting source area.
3. Should the lamp housing be punctured in any area on
the piece.
4. Should the power supply line become damaged,
revealing the inner electrical cords.
5. Should the exterior lamp housing be
cracked, melted or
damaged in any way.

How to use
1. Put in the adapter and plug into the outlet
2. Place the lamp and position to a proper angle
3. Slide the power switch to:
3.1 Solid orange spot: white light
3.2 Center, no spot: night light
3.3 Orange circle spot: off
4. Unplug the adapter when the lamp is not being used for a long period of time.
