纳米氧化锆 UG-R20陶瓷墨水的制备
前言:对喷墨打印成型用纳米二氧化锆 UG-R20 陶瓷墨水的分散制备法进行了研究。采用聚丙烯酸铵和聚乙二醇 20000作为分散剂,以水为介质,探索了聚丙烯酸铵、聚乙二醇 20000的含量,pH值及试液浓度对纳米二氧化锆 UG-R20陶瓷墨水的分散性和稳定性的影响,对不同百分含量的纳米ZrO2 UG-R20陶瓷墨水进行了研究,获得了均匀分散、微粒尺寸<1μm的纳米ZrO2 UG-R20 陶瓷墨水,考察了它的理化性能,如粘度、电导率、稳定性等,并对性能改善进行了探讨,使所制墨水满足打印机的要求。
With polyacrylic acid ammonium and polyethylene glycol20000 as dispersant, water as solvent, the dispersion method was chosen to prepare ink-jet printing ZrO_2 ceramic ink.
