General repairs board Installation Instructions

Step 1

Open the induction cooker. To pull out the plug of light board in sequence, remove the coil plate, pull out the fan plug cable, power cord, remove the original cooker control board, and clean the bottom of the Induction.

Step 2

Installed the control board of the general repairs board  to the bottom of the cooker,the heatsink try on and near the cooker fan(finish Installed, toggle fan leaves by hand, to ensure the fan can rotate smoothly),to ensure well heat dissipation(if the heatsink mounting holes can not correspond to the the original cooker heatsink fixed column, takes away the original heatsink fixed column).Shown in Figure 1

Step 3

1)        Put the pin of the fan into the two needle seat of the control board(Figure 2:A) and secure the fan line.

2)        Put the power cord into L position and N position of the control board(Figure 2:B and C).

3)        Installed cable lugs of the coil plate in the LIN position and LOUT position of the control board in order(Remember that can not reversed) (Figure 2:D and E).

4)        Inserted the thermistor probes of the coil plate into the three needle seat of the control board (Figure 2:F).

5)        Fixed the coil plate to the coil plate column.

Step 4

1)       If the repairs models is key model,please dismantle the original light board of the cooker,and open a hole (Figure 3:H) on the surface cover.

2)       If the repairs models is touch model, open a hole (Figure 4:I) in the edge of the cooker bottom.

3)       After opened the hole,make sure the cable (Figure 5:J) of the handle can through the hole, torn off double-sided adhesive protective paper of the bottom of the handle, stick the control handle in the cooker panel(Figure 6).

4)       Insert the plug of handle box control line into the five needle seat of control board(Figure 2:G) and fixed control line,then I nstalled surface cover and bottom case.

Notes and recommendations:

The control board's maximum power up to 1800W，the power regulation should be adjusted in accordance with the actual configuration of the cooker.

1.        Such as induction cooker panel is ceramic panel, turn the power to the 1300W-1400W.

2.        Such as induction cooker coil plate copper wire number less than 18 strands, turn the power to the 1300W-1500W.

3.        Such as induction cooker coil plate copper wire number more than 18 strands, turn the power to more than 1500W.

4.        The coil plate and the cooker panel 's distance control  in 11mm-12mm(Figure 7).
