QA/QC Introduction
1. IQC
All the raw materials must have proof of suppliers, and in the production must pass before the feeding test. Sometimes, the raw material samples will be sent to independent laboratories to conduct special tests to meet customer requirements. All the raw materials will be marked classified, so that at any time in the production can be the source of the original track.
2. The mid-test
At each stage of production from the mid-term tests should be monitored. At each stage in the production of the first products to be tested. Each machine operator in the production process will be ongoing testing. Inspectors will regularly check each machine made from product samples, regular sampling.
3. Final Inspection
