该成缆系列生产线是本公司拥有自主产权的产品。设计独到，技术领先。是成缆、包带串联生产首选设备。其具有如下特征：

1.根据绞合旋转体的不同，可分为旋框式和悬臂式两种。

2.依据收线盘经其规格可分为：Æ630、Æ800、Æ1000、Æ1250四种。

3.每条生产线主要由四部分组成：放线部分、包带部分、主控制系统以及成缆绞合机组成。相对同类机组具有高效稳定，绞合外径较大等优势。

4.可实现多层同时包带和分组包带。

1.There are two different types of frame rotation and arm rotation

2.According to the take-up plate diameter,the spec has 4 types:Æ630、Æ800、Æ1000、Æ1250.

3.Each production line is composed of 4 parts:pay-off part,tape part,main control system and stranding part.Compare with the similar type,it is more effectiveness,stabilize,and has bigger stranding outer diameter and etc.

4.More layers taping at the same time and separate groupes taping at the same time can be realized.
