此系列动力单元是专门设计应用于运输车密闭箱体或车盖的液压动力装置，主要有翻盖车、翼展车等，通过三位四通电磁阀支持油缸控制车盖的开、闭动作；通过叠加式双单向节流阀支持油缸控制车盖的开、闭速度。电机特别装有过热保护装置，所有配置满足不同地域的使用要求，采用标准防冻液压油，能在80—40℃甚至更恶劣的环境温度下正常使用。具有结构紧凑，工作平稳性好，操纵简单，维护方便等特点。
