该生产线适用于马口铁、铝板、硅钢片、冷轧板、镀锌板、铜等卷料开卷、校平、高精度波形剪切、落料。是印铁制罐、制盖行业有效减少马口铁、铝板损耗、降低生产成本的重要设备。
Application :
Our scroll cutting line is suit for many kinds of metal cutting ,such as tinplate aluminum band ,silicon steel band ,cold rolled band ,galvanized steel band and copper ,it is an important equipment I in making iron tank and cover that reduce the loss of material .It can save production cost of 3%-8%.
构 造：
全自动开卷机。液压上料小车、校平机、辊子输送机、波形剪板机、皮带输送机、收料机。电气控制柜等组成。
Construction:
It consists of full-automatic decoiler ,hydraulic charge hoist ,leveler ,roiler conveyor ,scroll plate shearing machine ,belt conveyor ,material receiving machine and electric control cabinet。
