【全钢防静电地板】
全钢防静电活动地板
简介：
采用优质合金冷轧钢板（上海宝钢），经拉伸后点焊成形。
外表经磷化后进行静电喷塑处理，内腔填充425#标准纯水泥，上表面粘贴高耐磨防火高压层板（HPL）或（PVC）板（无贴面为裸板），四周镶嵌导电边条。也可在表面粘贴防静电瓷砖加工成防静电陶瓷-金属复合活动地板。
材质：
全钢防静电地板上层钢板冷轧钢板，下层采用采用优质抗拉钢板冲压成型，两层经过冲压形成钢壳，钢壳内填充发泡水泥；表面采用高耐磨防静电贴面。
特点：
全钢防静电地板是在压铸的金属壳中填充水泥，金属外壳的电导率很高，防静电性能突出。此外，全钢地板科学的力学结构使它的承载能力比同等规格的其它地板高30％。
1.全钢结构，接写强度高、承载能力强、耐冲击性能好；
2.所有原材料均有优质抗静电性能，使地板系统性能稳定可靠；
3.表面粘贴材料抗静电、耐磨、防水、防火、防尘、放腐蚀；
4.尺寸精度高、互换性好、组装灵活、方便、使用寿命长。
产品特点根据有没有黑色导电胶条可以分为有边型和无边型两种，无边型又可以细化分类。
全钢防静电地板根据能否达到国家相应标准可以分为非标型和国标型两种。
全钢防静电地板主要结构形式有：
四周有PVC导电黑边条；四周无PVC导电黑边条；无黑色PVC边条，通过HPL贴面四周印刷黑边
使用范围：
全钢地板适用在载重要求和防静电要求较高的场合，比如有大型服务器和机柜的主机房，
全钢地板在市场的占有率很大。特别是能够防止贴面断裂的中高档全钢地板近年来已经成为市场的主流。
全钢抗静电地板由于有效的解决了贴面的断裂、起皮问题，获得了市场的认可和好评。

防静电地板队铺设场地的要求及验收标准对铺设场地的要求：
1、地板的铺设应在室内土建及装修完毕后进行；
2、地板应平整、清洁、干燥、无杂物、无灰尘；
3、布置在地板下的电缆、电器、空气等管道及空调系统应在安装地板前施工完毕；
4、重型设备基座固定应完工，设备安装在基座上，基座高度应同地板上表面完成高度一致；
5、施工现场备有220V/50HZ电源和水源。
地板铺设验收标准：
1、活动地板的下面和地板表面应清洁、无灰尘、遗物；
2、地板表面无划痕，无涂层脱落，边条无破损；
3、铺装后地板整体应稳定牢固，人员在上面行走不应有摇晃感，不应有声响；
4、地板的边条应保证一直线，相邻地板错位不大于1mm；
5、相邻地板块的高度差不大于1mm。
